The data shows with 100K fee 200K petition have filed, why do you worry about it? It should implement on visa transfer, amendments and extensions as well. Also, Impose 25% excise tax on international funds transfer as well to save job going offshore.

The federal judge Leo T. Sorokin of the wyt community was appointed back in 2013 by non other that former President Barack Obama, why am I not surprised. FYI Barack is not a Foundational Black American, he is an anchor tether with Kenyan lineage. We do not claim him at all.
If these foreigners are so worth bringing here then these companies need to pay the fee. Its 100% a fair deal if an American company doesn't want to hire Americans. And a judge should not be able to overrule a president when it comes to foreign policies that's insane. No other country has this judge problem Judges are 100% over stepping their jurisdictions.
This judge just wants to make it easier for foreigners to steal American technology….and send it home.
Any company spending 100k to bring someone in, will e sure their worth the expenditure.
